TRIVIUM Drop Unreleased Track "The Storm" By Larry Petro, News Monkey Monday, November 7, 2016 @ 1:28 PM
Listen to "The Storm", a six-minute epic, which is propelled forward by a massive and acrobatic riff and Matt Heafy's three-tiered vocal attack, below.
"The Storm" is vintage TRIVIUM.
It has never been heard before.... until now.
""The Storm" is a TRIVIUM track of legend," said Heafy, offering insight into the song. "It's been completely absent from the world for ages since it was only available on the TRIVIUM Blue Demo (aka Caeruleus) — a demo that has been rumored to be priced at hundreds of dollars on auction websites. This song lyrically is inspired by the Norwegian Oskoreia, which is a European folk legend that is known to have inspired Black Metal's very creation."
Ember To Inferno will be released in four configurations, with the deluxe editions containing the band's early demos Ruber (aka the Red Demo), Caeruleus (aka the Blue Demo) and Flavus (aka the Yellow Demo). Fans can pre-order all formats online HERE.
