The band members—lead guitarist NiX, drummer Alexis Villatoro, rhythm guitarist Juice Crow and vocalist/bassist Mickey Hernandez—are young guys yet their influences come from a time that precede them from bands like BLACK SABBATH, RATT, OZZY OSBOURNE, DISTURBED, KISS, and IRON MAIDEN to MARILYN MANSON, GENE LOVES JEZEBEL, BAUHAUS, THE BOLSHOI, PET SHOP BOYS, and GENESIS.
Commented vocalist/bassist Mickey Hernandez: "The song tells the story of the infamous Christopher Dorner, an LAPD officer who was subsequently fired, albeit unjustly, when he acted out his revenge on those he perceived as responsible. However, the video is a far cry from the actual story as the band performs in front of a live, raucous audience surrounded by figures of the macabre.” Added guitarist Juice Crow: "I think because my brother Mickey and I were creating this song while watching the Christopher Dorner manhunt live on TV, it inspired not only the song title and lyrics, but the music as well.
