REV JONES Drops "Bakwash" Video By Larry Petro, News Monkey Thursday, June 13, 2019 @ 1:26 PM
Rev Jones has checked in with the following comment:
"We shot the "Bakwash" video while I was on tour with George Thorogood in the US. We had plans to do it early in the tour but we got swamped with work and ran out of time. We only had the last two days of the tour to film the entire video, which we recorded exclusively on an iPhone. We wound up knocking out all the parts 20 minutes here, 5 minutes there, 30 more minutes here, and we had a bunch of stuff we were going to add but we just ran out of time & never got to include it. All the outside video footage was filmed in a town in Montana, thank God it had brick buildings and it wasn’t a farm town."
Rev Jones - Vocals / Bass
When Rev is not on tour playing bass, he heads out on tour with THE DESTROYERS as George Thorogood's guitar tech. As he described it: "I have the best second job that there is. I get paid to work with, talk to, hang out with, and watch one of the baddest entertainers ever to step on stage." Rev also plays rhythm guitar offstage on two songs.
