Bret and Pam Sex Video Battle

Poison front man and life-long juvenile diabetic, Bret Michaels, and his former girlfriend Pamela Anderson are set to do battle again against another pornography distribution company who is threatening to put out the couple's sexually explicit tape on DVD. As you may remember, Michaels and Anderson successfully got a federal injunction and won a multi-million dollar lawsuit to stop the release of the tape that the couple shot at Michaels' Malibu ranch.
And although he recently turned down an appearance due to his touring schedule, Michaels did not escape getting roasted as the first rock star to date or as one of the comedians said, to "have sex with Pamela Anderson" on Comedy Central's Pamela Anderson Roast.
On a more positive note, Michaels has recently been celebrating more than just the birth of his second daughter, Jorga Blue. It appears the singer/songwriter has been setting impressive attendance records in venues across the country. Says promoter Damon Voght, "There is no doubt Bret has sold over 7,000 tickets, which is a few thousand more
than our previous record, held at the annual Rockin' The Runway Festival...that's pretty impressive considering that we don't have the population of a New York, Chicago or LA. It's refreshing to see an artist still as passionate and hands on as Michaels is, wanting to make this small town show such a success. He treats his fans like 7,000 of us are his best friends, invited to his backyard barbeque." Des Moines promoter Doc Sedelmier adds, "Bret is the best artist I've ever had the pleasure of working with and I would recommend him to any promoter or buyer in the country."
Perhaps the reason for Michaels continued success is his constant presence in both Tinseltown and Nashville, Tennessee. Michaels' music has recently appeared in hit films as Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Rob Schneider's Deuce Bigelow European Gigolo, Billy Bob Thornton's Friday Night Lights, Grinders with Vince Vaughn, as well as recent TV shows like The OC, Scrubs, The Simpsons, The Chris Isaak Show, and the upcoming X Games, to name a few.
This year Michaels co-starred alongside LeAnn Rimes in USA Networks' Nashville Star in their third and highest rated season, and was a very popular addition to the show. Fans voted Michaels as the best change this season, he received the most e-mail from viewers, performed both solo and Poison songs on the show, and internet searches for him increased by 132% after the season finale. Michaels’ website also reported a huge increase in traffic. Bret joins the fourth season of Nashville Star, which begins filming in the Spring of 2006. You may have also caught Bret on Robbie Knievel's Wild Ride on A&E.
Michaels is the first musician to successfuly write, direct, produce,
score and star in several full-length motion pictures including Miramax/Dimension's No Code Of Conduct and Showcase Films'
A Letter From Death Row.
Michaels has been on his Freedom Of Sound solo tour since early May, 2005, and will continue on through this Summer, Fall and Winter with
a first time ever, two-month extensive tour of Canada kicking off in Peterborough, Ontario, on September 23. Michaels will perform in just about every Province throughout the North American country, and will
make numerous national TV appearances in advance of the tour. His set will include Poison's greatest hits, the single, "All I Ever Needed" from his upcoming album, Freedom Of Sound, as well as the hit, "Raine," and other songs from his first solo record, Songs of Life.

Mummyman - 9/8/2005 4:19:26 PM Everyone sure seems overly occupied with assigning what's gay and what isn't. You people sure are consumed with spending a lot of time ranting about a band that not only isn't doing much these days, but is apparently very gay. Interesting
