Seattle sludge masters Melvins proudly turned two this week – two decades, that is! The band’s twentieth album, The Bride Screamed Murder, hit stores on June 1.
Having premiered military cadenced album-opener “The Water Glass” on AOL Noisecreep a few weeks ago, The Bride Screamed Murder offers eight more punishing tracks, including a brutal cover of “My Generation.” Melvins are touring through June and some of July in support of TBSM, including dates with now-broken-up Ipecac labelmates ISIS, who have announced that this will be their final tour.
